
Following our announcement last Monday, where our services were resumed, we are now able to offer a revised, upgraded delivery schedule for any new orders to a 2 day delivery service, countrywide.
This means, following yesterday evenings announcement, where construction workers were encouraged back to work, we are able to support all construction businesses with their plumbing, sanitaryware and bathroom requirements!
All of our staff have been briefed on social distancing, and have complete PPE in order for us to run operational day to day and deliver products to all of our customers, in a way which keeps both our you, our employees, and our customers safe.
HOW WE’RE PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES
• PPE – Complete PPE for all staff, at all times, including during picking, packing and delivery of items.
• CLEANING – Thorough clean of warehouse, office and vehicles with disinfectant to ensure that all surfaces are as germ free as physically possible.
• SOCIAL DISTANCING – Adhering to government set social distancing rules during picking, packing and delivery of items.
• DROP OFF SERVICE – Contactless deliveries with no need to sign for your items.
• PROCEDURE REVIEWS – Constantly review our service measures to best meet volume and demand to provide our customers with a Robert Lee service.
• STAFF & CUSTOMER PROTECTION – On delivery of goods, if large items require additional assistance to help with unloading, it is essential, without compromise, that the said individual has the appropriate PPE in order to protect you, the customer and our staff.
